With more than 40 years of experience both in Oman and overseas, Dr. Sadiq Al-Muscati is a highly skilled Chartered Manager, Consultant Engineer, and Chartered Civil Engineer. After earning a Bachelor of Science in

Civil Engineering from the University of Baghdad, Iraq, in 1971, he went on to the University of Southampton, UK, to earn an MSc in Advanced Structural Engineering. At the same university, he subsequently finished his PhD in civil engineering.

As one of the most reputable individuals in his industry, Dr. Sadiq has collaborated with numerous esteemed private businesses in addition to multiple Ministries and Government Departments of the Sultanate of Oman.
